- CALL: Make a call to reception to arrange your first appointment and gain directions to the clinic.
- REGULAR: Most people benifit from weekly sessions that can occur over a number of months so if possible, choose a day and time that you can maintain throughout this period.
- HEALTH INSURANCE: HICAPS payment facililities available. If you have private healthcare insurance contact your insurer to confirm what they require of you to make a claim.
- MEDICARE: Your session fees maybe eligible to be covered by Medicare rebates. Visit your Medical Practitioner (GP) to inquire about your eligibility for a Mental Health Care Plan which will allow a portion of your psychologist fees covered by the Pharaceutical Benifits Scheme PBS.
SESSION FEE: $120.00 per 50 minute session.
- PAYMENT: Currently accepting Cash, EFPOS and Direct Debit Payments - HICAPS facility also available. Payments accepted either before or after each visit.
- MENTAL HEALTH CARE PLAN REFERRAL: If you present your referral from your doctor on arrival at reception we will provide with an invoice you can present at Medicare to recieve a $83.25 rebate.
- DISADVANTAGED: If you require treatment and not able to afford our discounted fees contact reception and inform them of your situation. If you are unemployed or disadvantaged and have a current Centrelink Health Care Card your sessions can be considered for Bulk Billing.
- BE EARLY: Arrive 15 minutes early so you can slow down and relax prior to each session as this will help you get the most from the experience.
- CANCELLATIONS: Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may attract a full fee payment.
- CLINIC APPOINTMENT DAYS: MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY & FRIDAY. Either Morning, Afternoon or Evening appointments.
